Sattu is a legendary travel ration, but at high altitudes, standard store-bought sattu has a critical flaw: too much protein. Processing heavy protein in thin air requires massive water intake, and when hydration is limited, it wrecks your stomach. Engineered to solve this exact issue, Balanced Sattu is crafted by a mother who packs traditional provisions for mountain expeditions—ensuring climbers get the care of honest, homemade food without the bulk or the digestive strain of commercial formulas.
We intentionally dialed back the high-protein Chana (roasted gram) and cut it with Jowar (sorghum millet), Nutmeg, and traditional spices. This recalibrates the macros, delivering a functional, stomach-friendly balance of protein, complex carbs, and fiber that respects the realities of high-altitude hydration. Tested in camp kitchens and road journeys up to 4,500 meters, this dry roasted blend requires zero cooking. It mixes instantly with water or milk into a drinkable or spoonable consistency. It remains neutral, straightforward, and highly adaptable—just add salt, jaggery, or lemon. When stoves aren't an option and you need immediate, dependable fuel, this is what you reach for.

Why we made this
Advenom grew out of time spent outdoors — in forests, mountains, and tribal landscapes where simple food, herbs, and materials have quietly worked for generations. Over time we realised many modern products had become complicated without becoming better.
So we started building our own versions — using familiar ingredients, natural oils, and straightforward processes that stay close to the land they come from. Nothing here is meant to be fancy. Just honest products shaped by time outside.
