बैलेंस्ड सत्तू एक सूखा आटा मिश्रण है जिसे पारंपरिक भुने हुए सत्तू और चयनित बाजरा का उपयोग करके बनाया गया है, जिसे यात्रा और फील्ड सेटिंग्स में सरल तैयारी और विश्वसनीय उपयोग के लिए विकसित किया गया है।

यह मिश्रण पानी और नमक के साथ आसानी से घुल जाता है, जिससे इसे तैयार करने के तरीके के आधार पर पीने योग्य या चम्मच से खाने योग्य गाढ़ापन प्राप्त होता है। इसे पेट भरने वाला, सरल और अनुकूलनीय बनाया गया है, जिसके लिए पकाने या अधिक तैयारी की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है।

संतुलित सत्तू यात्रा, लंबे कार्यदिवसों, बाहरी गतिविधियों या ऐसे स्थानों के लिए उपयुक्त है जहाँ भोजन को संक्षिप्त, जल्दी तैयार होने वाला और आसानी से सेवन करने योग्य होना चाहिए। इसका स्वाद तटस्थ और परिचित रहता है, जिससे इसे नमक, मसालों या नींबू के साथ आवश्यकतानुसार समायोजित किया जा सकता है।

How to Use

Mix the powder with water or milk. Add salt, spices, lemon, or jaggery depending on your preference. Stir or shake well. Can be mixed thin to drink, or thick to eat with a spoon.

From the Field

Crafted by a homemaker to ensure climbers get authentic homemade food without the bulk. Standard sattu is too protein-heavy for extreme altitudes, leading to dehydration and stomach cramps. This blend is intentionally calibrated with Jowar and Nutmeg to lower the protein load and increase easily digestible carbs and fiber, making it a dependable, safe ration at 5,500 meters.

Why we made this

Advenom grew out of time spent outdoors — in forests, mountains, and tribal landscapes where simple food, herbs, and materials have quietly worked for generations. Over time we realised many modern products had become complicated without becoming better.

So we started building our own versions — using familiar ingredients, natural oils, and straightforward processes that stay close to the land they come from. Nothing here is meant to be fancy. Just honest products shaped by time outside.

The people behind this work include farmers, food scientist, SHG member, climbers, and homemakers across India.
